We offer consultations along with a Renters Prime Report with no expense and no commitment. 

We will meet with you in person or over the phone to discuss the needs that you have with your investment property. Whenever possible, it is ideal to meet at your potential property so we can get an idea of what we will be working with as far as space and location. 

We will show you, in detail, what we have to offer and the options that you will have while working with us. You will be able to ask questions and tell us about your needs at this time so we can provide you with the best rental report possible before you make a decision about your investment.

After meeting, our team will send you your Renters Prime Report of what we feel the best options are for your property. We will provide you with a rental analysis based on other homes in the area; suggestions about what we feel would be the best plan add-ons to rent your property quickly; and plan details that we feel will give you the most return on your investment.

After you receive your Renters Prime Report, we are ready to work for you. All you have to do is let us know when you are ready to start renting your home, and our team will do the rest!
